One Spirit Family Massage & Yoga

In 2003 Nancy completed her RYT200 - Dharmic Yoga Teacher training with instructors from The Kripalu Institute.  She completed her RYT500 Theraputic Yoga training in 2018 with instructors from The Hymalain Institute.  She continues her studies with many world renowned teachers and combines her background as a research scientist, with her massage and yoga training by weaving her knowledge of biology, chakras and meridian functionality into her classes.

Class schedule:

​Pennington Mercer County Library (September-June) - Tuesdays from 5-6PM.
Hopewell Borough Train Station (October-May) - Wednesdays at 9AM.
Hopewell Bandstand Gazebo (June-September) - Wednesdays at 9AM.
Breast Cancer Resource Center, Princeton YWCA (September - June) Email for class times and dates.

Some classes are $15 to drop in, a 10 class card is $130.


While resting in a short series of restorative yoga poses, I massage away all your tension.  Sign up for a "shoulder opener", "hip relaxer",  "healthy back" or create a personal session just for you.  $65/hour.

Private Yoga Classes

​Invite your friends and family over to host a yoga class in your home, on your deck or patio.  What a wonderful way to catch up, relax and release while you share a healthy meal together.  Ask about my "Coffee Break", "Lunchtime Express" or "Yoga Happy Hour" that I offer right in your home.  Prices vary.

                      One-On-One Private Yoga

​There is no better way to learn and practice yoga than with one-on-one instruction.  This is an opportunity to focus on yourself and your body's individual needs.  If you would benefit from more relaxation, letting go of tension, to open, expand, stretch and release all those tight muscles in your body, then a private session is for you! Check out my introductory offer of $150 for 3 one-hour sessions.  Regular rate $65/hour.


One Spirit Yoga is a therapeutic style of yoga which focuses on your breath, strength, and relaxation. The alignment of the poses are adapted to meet the needs of each individual student.  These yoga classes provide the opportunity to unfold your inner body wisdom, and to express and connect to your true essence.  Nancy is currently studying to become a Yoga Therapist.  This form of therapy allows her to provide rehabilitation and transformation to the body where old and new injuries need healing.  This is a wholistic approach, taking the entire body into account to restore balance and symmetry.
